I needed to replace the siding on my house due to hail damage. I had to deal with an insurance company which offers no assistance in helping you locate a contractor to help you. You have to depend on recommendations or references from other people. Where to start and who to trust was much like buying a car. Each company offers a little of this or a little of that and claims that their product is far superior to the next. You can get a little lost. I decided to base my decision on the trust and chemistry I had with the representative of the company.
It's extremely easy to write a glowing recommendation when all goes as expected. As we all know, that doesn't happen all that often.
I worked with Jeremey Fritson from Turning Point Home Improvements, Inc. As I said with my limited product knowledge I based the decision on trust and chemistry. I have to admit I wasn't disappointed. There were a few bumps in the project some because of weather and miscommunication.
I found Jeremey to be a professional with a sense of humor and one thing that really impressed me was he is a perfectionist. He handled every situation and treated the project exactly how you'd want it to be treated as he was doing is own home. He carefully inspected every detail and even pointed out items I had missed. The best part was problems were fixed to his satisfaction and the way he wanted it done. He's proud of approach and attitude in serving his client.
I was extremely proud of him and quite satisfied with his handling of my project. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a home improvement project. He is honest and trustworthy and stands by his word. When he says I'll get it done, he does and you don't have to follow up on him.
